Appointment

• You need to call to schedule an appointment. We do not take patients on a walk-in basis.
• The clinic is open only M-F by appointments only.
• The first visit is $200 and follow-up visits (scheduled every 4 weeks) are $150.

• We do not accept insurance and we do not accept checks; cash or credit card only.
